The Engineer provides technical leadership for the station through optimization and reliability of systems and equipment, proactive identification and resolution of plant issues, and technical assistance to other departments. The role requires a thorough knowledge of programs, codes, standards, and operating experience and how they relate to the plant.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution is required. Engineer‑in‑Training or Professional Engineer registration preferred; previous nuclear utility experience preferred.
Additional requirements: good leadership, decision‑making, communication, and human relations skills; security screening required for Callaway plant access.

$71,100.00 – $172,200.00. This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role; career level and compensation depend upon applicant’s credentials.

Pay ranges are broad to allow movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
