Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Procurement Quality Engineer to oversee acquisition quality activities, CGD processes, and supplier oversight in collaboration with Engineering, Procurement and Project Quality Managers.

The role supports quality planning, development of procurement documents, and coordination of CGD packages, with remote work options and occasional travel within North America. A strong background in nuclear quality and auditing is required.

Qualifications

• A four-year science degree plus 8 years of related field experience.
• An associate degree plus 10 years of related field experience (at least 3 of these years in a quality position).
• Current certified Nuclear Auditor, or preferred Nuclear Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager – Quality Management Systems in acquisition planning and CGD processes.
• Conduct Commercial Grade Surveys and Source Verifications at supplier facilities and KNS Projects.
• Develop procurement specifications and CGD packages with cross-functional teams.
• Build strong working relationships with supervisor, coworkers, and the management team.
• Participate in quality assessments as assigned and perform other job-related duties as requested.
