You will manage a high‑performance work environment with empowered direct reports, drive cost and operational improvements, and partner with leadership on planning, KPIs, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related analytical discipline.
• 5 years finance work experience in a dynamic and analytical environment.
• 1 year management experience with matrix responsibilities.
• Strong information systems experience (data mining, financials, activity-based costing).

Responsibilities

• Actively monitors actual results versus plan, projection and prior year, seeking improvements.
• Interfaces with leadership on planning and portfolio issues, including volume projections.
• Manages internal financial analysis projects and short-term market studies for risk and cost insight.
• Drives performance management with KPIs linked to safety, operations, and finance.
• Ensures FP&A staff are trained to meet short- and long-term objectives.
