General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Pipe - Nuclear at the Quonset Point facility in North Kingstown, RI. You will lead daily production, coordinate a multi-trade team, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery in a complex submarine construction environment.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years Electric Boat experience or 1 year Electric Boat + related Eng degree or 3 years leadership in high-volume setting.
• Available to work all assigned shifts and extended hours.
• Proficiency in blueprint and drawing interpretation.
• Strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

• Improve operations, reduce work order span times, and ensure first-time quality.
