Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma Solutions in Albuquerque seeks a dedicated radiopharmacy professional to production radionuclides, prepare and test radiopharmaceuticals, and dispense radiopharmaceuticals. The role supports strict regulatory compliance and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires a pharmacy license or ability to obtain one, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, independence, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy License or ability to acquire license.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Communicates effectively with a proven ability to interpret information and provide and/or follow complex instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows applications.

Responsibilities

  • Production of radionuclides.
  • Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory commitments including the cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies and procedures and other applicable Federal, State and Local authorities.
  • Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law, for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area, in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
  • Delivers and ensures performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains all applicable documents and records.
  • Prepares shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements.
  • Provides support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software

This role requires an early shift start time typically between 12am-2am M-F

Responsibilities


  • Production of radionuclides

Salary

The base pay range for this position is: $111,910 - $153,879 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
