Strategic Systems Programs in the United States is seeking a role focused on planning and coordinating ordnance movement with NASA-like security scope. The position supports the Production Officer, monitors weapon movements, and maintains essential contact with convoy personnel to analyze and plot movements.

The role requires readiness for emergency actions, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure compliance and mission continuity across SSP operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and suitability determination for federal employment.
• Experience monitoring, reviewing, or assessing facilities, operations, or production activities.
• Ability to initiate actions per policies and procedures in demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate requirements for movement of ordnance items.
• Support production duties and act as NET Commander.
• Monitor movement of weapons and coordinate with convoy personnel.
• Prepare compliance documents and records for regulatory requirements.
• Take action in emergencies (weapons incidents, weather, shipments, casualties).
• Maintain command log and report significant events.
• Coordinate reporting through SSP external systems and ensure uninterrupted mission execution.
