Job description

Lantheus, headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts, with offices in Canada and Sweden, has been a pioneer in medical imaging for over 60 years. The company specializes in diagnostics, therapeutics, and AI solutions to enhance patient care.


We are seeking a Nuclear Oncology Account Manager (NOAM) to contribute to sales strategies and execution within their designated territory. The role involves developing business plans, onboarding and training imaging centers, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing product education to Nuclear Medicine professionals, primarily focusing on PYLARIFY. The NOAM will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to maximize product uptake and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing territory business plans to meet sales targets.
  2. Analyzing local market dynamics and creating strategies accordingly.
  3. Contracting new imaging centers and promoting product utilization.
  4. Onboarding new customers through education and training.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.
  6. Managing relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in nuclear medicine.
  7. Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and company policies.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of contracting experience with healthcare entities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 3+ years of sales success.
  • Knowledge of PET/CT Imaging and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Experience as a speaker for professional organizations like SNMMI.

This is a remote, field-based role with travel up to 60%, requiring a valid driver’s license. Candidates should embody Lantheus’ core values and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
