• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Completes documentation to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintains equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participates in department Performance Improvement activities to ensure care aligns with standards.
• Completes assigned goals.
