North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic exams and administer radioactive isotopes under physician supervision. The role requires ensuring accurate patient injections and maintaining strict quality control on Nuclear Medicine equipment.

Qualified candidates will hold an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, be a licensed radiologic technologist, CNMT certified, and CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; required.
• Interaction with patient population of all ages; required.
• Must be able to schedule patient return and processing time.
• Detail oriented and able to maintain quality exams.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality diagnostic exams and deliver therapeutic isotopes under physician supervision.
• Ensure accurate patient injections of radioactive isotopes and perform daily quality control checks on equipment.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and proper handling of radioactive materials.
• Assist physicians during procedures and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate exam processing.
