Job summary

You will operate SPECT cameras, acquire high-quality data, and ensure patient care while adhering to NRC and Title 17 regulations.

The role requires a CA license in Nuclear Medicine, one year of acute care experience, expanded IV therapy training, and AHA BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year acute care experience.
• Nuclear Medical Technologist: CA license.
• Expanded IV Therapy Course.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association (AHA BLS).

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with the spect camera
• Acquires and processes computer data
• Responsible to assess image quality and computer data for diagnostic quality
• Observe and maintains safety measures
• Ensures patients and personnel are monitored according to the NRC and Title 17
• Responsible to post and maintain radiation safety badge reports
