Job summary

Valley Health in Winchester, VA seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform complex imaging and non-imaging tests on patients from neonatal to geriatric. This role requires ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification, BLS, and proficiency in radiation safety with the ability to evaluate results and determine the need for additional studies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and competence in providing Nuclear Medicine services for patients of all ages including neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of complex imaging and non-imaging tests on patients of all ages from neonatal to geriatric.
• Works independently with technical supervision available when needed; evaluates results and determines need for additional studies as required.
