VCU Health seeks Nuclear Medicine Technologists at levels I–III to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and maintain safety and quality control in a fast-paced radiology department.

The role requires collaboration with licensed independent practitioners, accurate imaging, and ongoing education to ensure high-quality patient care. On-site duties include handling radiopharmaceuticals, quality control, and adherence to ALARA principles.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a JRC Accredited Nuclear Medicine program recognized by NMTCB/ARRT-N.
• One year experience in nuclear medicine or PET/CT preferred.
• BLS required for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures under physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and ALARA principles in all activities.
• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and maintain accurate documentation and quality control.
