Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology Program.
Massachusetts Nuclear Medicine Technologist licensure required.
BLS Certification; ARRT or CNMT certification.

Responsibilities

Receive, safely handle and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals and source materials with proper documentation.
Reconstitute, perform activity assay and administer radiopharmaceuticals per dose schedules and Authorized User orders.
Follow workplace safety practices and wear dosimeters; conduct surveys and environmental tests as required.
Schedule patient exams, prepare patients, and coordinate with staff for test preparations.
