Job summary

Providence is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for St. Joseph Hospital-Orange on a per diem basis, working 8-hour day shifts. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures under supervision and ensure QA standards are met.

The role requires NMTCB or RNMT/California certification and BLS, with prior experience preferred in pediatric through adult procedures and equipment similar to the hospital's system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Nuclear Medicine training program.
• National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or National Registered Technologist (NMT).
• California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
• Fulfill duties required by department quality assurance and applicable standards (Federal, State, JCAHO).
