Job summary

You will administer radiopharmaceuticals, document dosages, and coordinate exams with radiologists while maintaining compliance and quality control across the imaging department.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required and NMTCB certification.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with CM safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and non-radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Calculate, measure, and record radiation dosage per physician order.
• Dispose of radioactive materials following safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with state health and radiation rules and licenses.
• Schedule, verify prior authorizations, and review clinic notes for PET and Nuclear Medicine scans.
• Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine scans with sound clinical judgment.
• Maintain facility reports, logs, and quality control of equipment.
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and manage supplies.
