INTEGRIS Health - Nuclear Medicine Technologist

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has an exciting opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech at Enid Hospital. Join our team to provide exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine services, supporting caregivers and the community.

Responsibilities
  1. Order and prepare radiopharmaceuticals.
  2. Perform advanced nuclear medicine procedures and process patient data using computers.
  3. Maintain compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission guidelines.
  4. Record patient results accurately.
  5. Conduct quality control on nuclear medicine equipment.
  6. Calculate decay and biological half-lives of radiopharmaceuticals and prepare drug kits.
  7. Operate mobile nuclear department vehicles when required.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
Additional Information

This role involves exposure to low-level radiation and occasional higher levels during therapeutic procedures, as well as potential contact with blood and bodily fluids. Must be able to work over 8 hours, participate in on-call rotations, and wear protective clothing as needed.
