Job summary

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a formal nuclear medicine program or radiologic technology with additional nuclear training.
• Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT (R), ARRT (N), or CNMT.
• Licensed with the Indiana State Board of Health for nuclear.

Responsibilities

• Operate gamma cameras to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Prepare, calibrate, and calculate radiopharmaceuticals while maintaining sterility.
• Treat patients and families with respect, anticipating their needs.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures per department policy.
• Knowledgeable of NRC requirements for handling radioactive materials.
