Baptist Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Imaging Services team in Alabaster, AL. The position involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, maintaining high standards of patient safety and imaging quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to radiation safety. The role supports ALARA principles and requires CNMT and ARRT(N) certifications with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Current CNMT certification and ARRT(N) certification.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
• Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceutical doses in accordance with regulations.
• Process, enhance, and document images for physician interpretation.
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine and imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with radiation safety and regulatory requirements.
