Avera St Luke's Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for PRN Day Shift opportunities. The role involves preparing radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring quality control and compliance with NRC regulations.

The position requires an Associate degree or certificate in Radiology or Nuclear Medicine, CNMT or NMTCB certification upon hire, and ARRT certification upon hire. Preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's and 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate from an accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program.
• CNMT certification or NMTCB certification upon hire.
• ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Prepares diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals for administration.
• Operates imaging equipment and radiopharmaceutical calibration equipment.
• Performs quality control tests on radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment.
• Assists in development and implementation of new procedures.
• Follows NRC regulations and maintains compliance.
• Completes all nuclear medicine exams per policy and procedure.
