Baylor University Medical Center - Downtown Dallas, part-time Nuclear Medicine Technologist role, requires ARRT-N and CNMT certifications. The NM Tech performs nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic procedures under Radiologist supervision for ambulatory and hospital patients.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT-N Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification required.
• CNMT certification required or preferred.
• Experience performing nuclear medicine, PET and theranostic procedures is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform nuclear medicine, PET, and theranostic procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Maintain quality control and ensure imaging protocols meet standards.
• Communicate with patients to identify service needs and provide explanations.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper handling of radiopharmaceuticals per protocol.
• Prepare patients and exam areas, position patients, and maintain aseptic technique.
• Transfer patient images to BSWH PACS for review and dictation by physicians.
