Job summary

DHR Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform NM and PET procedures efficiently and safely within the Radiology team. You will follow physician orders, ensure quality, and work closely with nurses and physicians to deliver accurate patient care.

Ideal candidates have accredited NM training, state certification, ARRT/NMTCB credentials, BLS, and 2+ years in NM. TDH/ACR/CMS/JCAO standards must be maintained, with call duties required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine program.
• Current state certification (TMB) required.
• ARRT general certification or NMTCB certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS recommended.
• At least two years of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values.
• Prepares necessary supplies and equipment for scheduled procedures.
• Performs quality control and maintenance on equipment.
• Care and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work area.
• Perform NM and PET radiological procedures as per protocols.
• Communicate clearly with nursing, administration, and physicians.
• Train NM and PET technologists on procedures.
• Maintain TDH, ACR, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
