Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care. The role requires independent judgment, safe operation of NM equipment, and adherence to department protocols.

You will verify patient information, prepare patients, and ensure timely, accurate imaging for radiologist review. The position offers day shifts, competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, and benefits including PTO and education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program.
• ARRT‑N or CNMT certification required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year NM experience in clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of NM procedures per department protocols.
• Verify patient identity and obtain clinical history prior to procedures.
• Prepare and operate NM equipment with proper sterile technique.
• Transmit studies to PACS and document in RIS/PACS workflow.
