Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic imaging, perform studies independently, and participate in on-call rotations. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities include handling Nuclear Medicine, PET and Theranostics procedures with dosimetry imaging, while ensuring safety and quality control across sites as needed.

Position Details
  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts) with varying start times from 6am to 10am
  • Paid On-Call: Evening, Weekend, and Holiday Call Rotation - You’ll be compensated for being on call, even if you’re not called in
  • Prepares patient & equipment for Nuclear Medicine and PET diagnostic imaging, therapeutic procedures, and quality control.
  • Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required by work area.
  • BJH Nuclear Medicine, PET and Theranostics treatments with Dosimetry Nuclear Medicine imaging
Requirements
  • Associate degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
  • Nuclear Medicine Tech Certification
  • RT (N) or CNMT
Experience
