U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in White River Junction, VT, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform a broad spectrum of nuclear medicine procedures within the Nuclear Medicine Service of the White River Junction VA Healthcare System.

The incumbent will supervise students, maintain NMTCB credentials, and manage radiopharmaceutical preparation, dosing, and imaging techniques including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and gamma camera quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must have education recognized for Federal employment.
• NMTCB credentials with continuing education credits required.
• Experience with nuclear medicine procedures and radiopharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide wide range of specialized nuclear medicine procedures.
• Act as technical liaison for the nuclear network and advise on procedural issues.
• Supervise and mentor students; manage internship progression and evaluations.
• Prepare and dose radiopharmaceuticals; ensure correct administration and safety.
