Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to support operations at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in White River Junction, VT. The role typically involves 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday, with schedule changes at the direction of Ansible or its customers.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT or NMTCB certification, at least 2 years of nuclear medicine experience, and an active AHA BLS certification, along with familiarity with CPRS and PACS.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification or NMTCB certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in nuclear medicine.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Must demonstrate understanding of advanced nuclear medicine applications.
• No sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Perform a full spectrum of nuclear medicine procedures and imaging studies.
• Prepare and administer contrast materials under physician/radiologist direction.
• Record and document all medication/radiopharmaceutical doses.
• Review and process radiology orders for accuracy and appropriateness using CPRS and related systems.
• Complete imaging studies within established timelines for STAT, urgent, pre-op, and routine examinations.
• Ensure image quality while minimizing radiation exposure and controlling costs.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and workload priorities, including emergency cases.
• Assist radiologists and physicians during imaging procedures.
