Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician to perform high-quality diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, focusing on patient care and education. You will support departmental goals and promote Star Service skills across the team.

Qualifications include ARRT(radiologic), CNMT, PET experience, and an Associate Degree with 1+ year in Nuclear Medicine. This position offers a patient-centered environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer; ARRT (N); CNMT certification.
  • (PET) Positron Emission Tomography technology experience.
  • Associate Degree required.
  • 1+ year of experience in Nuclear Medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Performs and assists with high quality diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, focusing on patient care and education.
  • Supports and helps achieve departmental goals.
  • Effectively participates and promotes Star Service skills including service recovery.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer; ARRT (N); (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • (PET) Positron Emission Technology
  • Associate Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in Nuclear Medicine

Medical City Plano opened in 1975 and provides Plano and Collin County with advanced health care. Medical City Plano is a 600+ bed acute care hospital.
