• Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating weekends and holidays among the NM team

About the Job

The Nuclear Med Technologist is responsible for coordinating, directing, and implementing patient care for Nuclear Medicine procedures. Works with the Director of Medical Imaging services and Senior Nuclear Medicine Tech. Performs technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associates Degree from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Less than one year of relevant experience

Licensure/Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (CPR) from American Heart Association
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
• Registered by NMTCB as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
• Licensed by IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) Division of Nuclear Safety
