Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general direction of the Director of Radiology and the direct supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, within established company and departmental policies and procedures, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic testing procedures and conducts research activity in the areas of radiopharmacy and related imaging protocols, and software development.
Education:
Associated Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or an accredited certification program required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Five years’ experience with Associate's Degree or accredited certification program or three years’ experience with Bachelor’s Degree.
Licensure/Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
CNMT,ARRT-N and/or CAMRT (Must renew certification and/or registration annually with 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually.
Licensed in the State of New Hampshire with the Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy.
IV Certified or must complete IV certification within 90 days of hire.
