Job summary

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic procedures with ionizing radiation in accordance with ALARA standards. The role requires state licensure and ARRT/NMTCB credentials.

The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and is part of the HCA Healthcare system. Qualified candidates should have an Associate Degree, ARRT or NMTCB certification, and BCLS/ACLS compliance within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of employment start date
• State Registered Radiologic Technician
• Associate Degree
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with ionizing radiation for screening and diagnostic purposes in accordance with ALARA standards
• Regulates equipment used to expose x-ray film, develops and organizes films
