We offer patient-first experiences and customized solutions for behavioral and psychiatric conditions. Our team includes psychiatrists, integrative physicians, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness coaches, all skilled at treating patients with the least harmful, most effective methods. We utilize all available tools to promote brain health, believing a better brain leads to a better life. Our mission aims to prevent and alleviate suffering for individuals and communities alike.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic, demonstrating efficiency, patience, and compassion. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and adults, is well-organized, and capable of conducting patient studies, dosing, and daily QC procedures. Since the clinic receives unit doses from an outside nuclear pharmacy, efficiency is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform brain SPECT scans and related quality assurance procedures
  • Prepare patients for IV procedures
  • Prepare and administer patient doses
  • Process and print scan images daily
  • Follow testing protocols
  • Maintain Odyssey hard drive and accurate logs
  • Perform daily camera QC and hot lab duties
  • Conduct daily surveys, weekly wipe tests, and manage isotope vials
  • Maintain documentation and perform semi-annual and quarterly quality tests
  • Manage medical supplies inventory
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist License in applicable state
  • Ability to handle large patient volumes efficiently
  • Experience working with challenging patients
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Empathy, emotional stability, and genuine care for patients
  • Familiarity with brain imaging and Picker Prism 3000 system is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of MAS accounting software and payroll systems (experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus)
  • Experience with Crystal Reports and BizInsight is advantageous
  • Knowledge of healthcare or medical services is a plus
  • Proficiency in business, finance, and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and deadline management skills
Physical Demands

Must meet physical requirements, including sitting, typing, viewing screens, using office equipment, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 15 lbs., with accommodations available for disabilities.
