The position requires NRC/state licensing and NM/ARDMS or NMTCB credentials, with 0–2 years experience, and 2–4 years preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years nuclear medicine procedures in a clinical or hospital setting required.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Licenses and certifications listed in the requirements (state license and ARRT/NMTCB or ARDMS as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Performs nuclear medicine imaging procedures following physician orders.
• Prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals per safety protocols.
• Operates and calibrates nuclear medicine imaging equipment.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the EMR and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Ensures radiation safety and proper disposal of radioactive materials.
• Collaborates with radiologists and cardiologists to optimize imaging protocols.
• Maintains attendance and complies with facility policies.
