Job summary

Great River Health Systems invites Nuclear Medicine Technologists to join the Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP) in West Burlington, IA. You select your schedule, balancing personal commitments with optional intermittent or long-term assignments within the system across three campuses.

Two commitment levels guide pay: Level 1 at $53/hour with 24 hours in 6 weeks and a $5/hour bump for LTAs of 6 weeks or longer; Level 2 at $80/hour with a required long-term assignment every 4 months.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED 2 years of experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration
• Iowa Permit to Practice – Nuclear Medicine Technology (or eligible)
• ARRT and/or NMTCB Registered

Responsibilities

• Take shifts at any of our three campuses per Commitment Level 1
• Must take one long-term assignment every 4 months (6 weeks or longer) per Commitment Level 2
• Provide safe and accurate Nuclear Medicine procedures across the IRP network

For Nuclear Med Techs who live within 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment Level 1:

$53/hour Required to take shifts at any of our three campuses Minimum of 24 hours in a 6-week scheduling period Additional $5 an hour if you work a LTA of 6 weeks or longer We ask that you select one Summer and one Winter hard to fill shift as part of your commitment. You can select the hard to fill day and shift time that suits your availability, and you can adjust this as you see fit annually.

For Nuclear Med Techs who live more than 50 miles from 1221 S. Gear Ave, West Burlington, IA 52655

Commitment Level 2:

$80/hour Required to take assignments at any of our three campuses Must take one long-term assignment every 4 months (6 weeks or longer in duration)

Eligible shift differentials:

• Evening differential: $1.40/hour (14:30 - 22:59)
• Night differential: $1.60/hour (22:30 - 08:30)
• Weekend differential: $1.00/hour (Friday @ 23:00 – Sunday @ 23:00)
• Holiday Differential: 1.5x base rate of pay (2.0x base rate on Christmas)
