Medical City Lewisville is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Tech Lead to lead imaging workflows and maintain patient safety. You will operate Nuclear Medicine equipment, acquire diagnostic images and quantify radiotracer uptake across body regions.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas MRT, CNMT/ARRT(N) eligibility and a Bachelor's in Nuclear Medicine, with 1 year of related experience. On-call duties apply, including after 5 PM on weekdays and weekends.

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent.
• Must be certified/eligible by CNMT or ARRT (N).
• Must possess MRT from Texas Medical Board.
• 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
• On-call availability; after 5 PM weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Associate performs a variety of duties in preparing patient for scans of particular organs to furnish diagnostic information. He/she will operate Nuclear Medicine equipment to produce images and measures concentration of radioactive isotopes in specified body areas. Practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed. Associate maintains safe environment for patients, visitors, staff and co‑workers. Supports and helps achieve the departmental and hospital goals.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent
• Must be certified/eligible by CNMT or ARRT (N)
• Must possess MRT from Texas Medical Board
• 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
• Call would require you to live within 30 min response time
• Call is shared with current staff rotation and would be after 5PM on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends
