Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year Bachelor Degree or 2-year Nuclear Medicine program.
• Knowledge of radioactivity and safety regulations governing handling.
• Ability to perform with direct supervision and work in a team setting.
• IEMA Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures accurately as requested by physicians.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals per prescription.
• Conduct venipuncture and peripheral IV placement for meds.
• Operate digital imaging systems to acquire data.
• Maintain accurate records of doses and patient history.
• Ensure ALARA principles and radiation safety standards.
