• Associates Degree
• Less than one year of previous job-related experience
• Specific Degree(s): Accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Basic Life Support (CPR) from American Heart Association
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
• Registered by NMTCB as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
• Licensed by IEMA Division of Nuclear Safety

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and implement the patient care delivery of Nuclear Medicine procedures.
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Medical Imaging services and Senior Nuclear Medicine Tech.
• Perform technical procedures that require independent judgment and apply prescribed ionizing radiation for CT diagnosis.
