Job summary

StaffDNA in Wisconsin seeks a Radiology Technologist specialized in Nuclear Medicine to join our medical imaging team. You will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, administer them to patients, and operate advanced imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.

In this role you will monitor patients for adverse reactions, ensure radiation safety, document procedures, and collaborate with physicians on interpretation of results, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radioactive drugs (radiopharmaceuticals) and administer them to patients via injection, inhalation, or oral methods.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture images of radioactive material within the body for diagnostic purposes.
• Monitor patients during procedures for adverse reactions or complications.
• Maintain radiation safety to protect patients and staff from exposure.
• Collaborate with physicians to analyze imaging results for diagnoses or treatment plans.
• Record procedures and ensure proper disposal of radioactive materials per regulations.
