Qualifications

• Current California CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist).
• ARRT or NMTCB certification.
• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Ability to manage scheduling and workflow in a nuclear medicine department.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage technologists and ancillary staff.
• Organize workflow and daily shift coverage.
• Maintain documentation and ensure department productivity.
• Provide training, coaching, and staff development.
• Communicate effectively with staff, other departments, and physicians.
• Supervise daily work assignments and equitable workload distribution.
