Job summary

The University of New Mexico invites applications for an Open Rank Radiology in Nuclear Medicine position. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical nuclear medicine imaging, including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and theranostics, while engaging in teaching of residents and fellows.

This academic role offers opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, research involvement, and participation in tumor boards, with support from UNM Health Sciences Center and access to state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• MD or DO or equivalent and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Board certified or board eligible in Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) or Nuclear Radiology (ABR)

Responsibilities

• Teach radiology residents and fellows in a clinical/academic setting.
• Provide interpretation of nuclear medicine imaging studies including PET/CT/SPECT/CT.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences; engage in translational research as available.
