Job summary

The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center is seeking a fellowship-trained Nuclear Medicine Physician/Diagnostic Radiologist to join a team of renowned radiologists and physicists. You will practice cutting-edge nuclear medicine imaging, with opportunities to assist in subspecialties based on interest and expertise.

Responsibilities include teaching residents and fellows, participating in tumor boards, and engaging in research with access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and eligible to work in the U.S.
• ABR board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by start date
• Board certification in Nuclear Medicine (ABNM) or ABR CAQ by start date
• Experience in nuclear medicine imaging and theranostics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the full range of nuclear medicine imaging including PET/CT.
• Collaborate with UNM's cancer center and participate in multidisciplinary conferences.
• Teach radiology residents and fellows; contribute to education and scholarly activities.
