Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Clinical Specialist, Radiology to lead and support education programs across radiology services. You will develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with accreditation standards.

Collaboration with radiologists and leadership will drive performance improvement and standard of care. Required are ARRT advanced registry or RN with PA license and BLS, plus 2+ years as a staff technologist or RN

Qualifications

• ARRT advanced registry or other accrediting agency (ARDMS, NMTCB, CCI, etc.).
• RN with current license to practice in PA; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; Advanced certification in Radiology Nursing (CRN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs and projects to support Radiology network goals.
• Facilitates continuing education programs with Radiology Education Specialist.
• Maintains ACR accreditation in Radiology area for the network.
• Reviews CPT codes and references to ensure compliance in exam coding.
• Trains staff and students on equipment, procedures, and new techniques.
• Gathers information for Performance Improvement initiatives and works with Radiologist leadership.
