Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with a Nuclear Medicine Technology certificate, or an associate degree with 2 years of experience.
• Current registration in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT NM) and at least one advanced certification.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License and BLS/CPR or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Procure, prepare, quality-control, dispense, dose-calibrate, administer and dispose of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Administer pharmaceuticals including contrast under supervision of an authorized user.
• Perform quality control procedures and operate imaging, laboratory and computer instrumentation.
• Provide patient instruction and maintain safety standards in the Radiology Department.
