Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Student Assistant to join our imaging team in Oklahoma City. You will work under the supervision of certified nuclear medicine technologists, helping with imaging, image processing, and patient care while maintaining stringent safety protocols.

Current enrollment in a nuclear medicine technology program is required. AHA BLS certification and strong communication skills are preferred as you support workflow and patient services at Mercy.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in a nuclear medicine technology program.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Good communicator and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified nuclear medicine technologists with imaging, processing, and completing nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging exams on patients.
• Assist with image acquisition and processing under supervision to support quality imaging.
• Maintain patient safety protocols and contribute to Mercy Service Standards.
