Job summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - San Marcos will perform a wide range of routine and advanced imaging procedures, support other technologists, and help ensure smooth patient flow. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts and possibly at other campuses, and includes adherence to radiation safety, QA, and PACS protocols.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology program, ARRT or NMTCB Nuclear Medicine certification,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting preferred; basic computer experience required.
• Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) by ARRT or NMTCB required; State Licensure required (TX MRT).
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Meets CHRISTUS competencies and adheres to core values.
• Maintains patient and staff safety and confidentiality.
• Performs imaging procedures and assists radiologists as needed.
• Ensures exams are stored in PACS and follows PACS downtime procedures.
