Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical procedures, including in vivo and in vitro studies; operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation such as stationary imaging devices, scintillation gamma, and apparatus for in vitro counting.
• Calibrate and prepare radiopharmaceutical materials for patient administration, formulating radiopharmaceuticals from pre-prepared kits.
• Process computerized image data, including function curves and reconstructed SPECT images.
• Perform Nuclear Cardiology studies, including image acquisition, processing, and monitoring patient vital signs. Conduct EKG prep, tracing, and monitoring for changes during cardiac studies.
• May rotate shifts or be on call as needed.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technology program.
• Licensure: RTN or CNMT, MRAD (Texas), BLS (AHA).

Additional details include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, employment in Bryan/College Station, TX, with a pay range of $30.47 - $44.19/hour. The role is part-time, with a focus on health care provision within a network of clinics and hospitals.
