Mid Michigan Diagnostics in Flint, MI is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a part-time, day-shift role. You will perform cardiology imaging procedures and deliver high-quality images to cardiologists for interpretation.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, dose calculation, radiopharmaceutical handling, and strict adherence to radiation safety standards. This position emphasizes patient care and procedural accuracy to support cardiovascular diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Nuclear Medicine Experience.
• Nuclear Medicine Credentialed NMTCB or ARRT Boards.
• BLS Certified.
• Experience with Digirad Cardius 2XPO preferred.

• Position patients and select anatomic and technical factors accurately.
• Ordering, administering, and disposing of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
• Calculating and mixing precise doses of radioactive tracers for patients.
• Operating radiation-detecting cameras, processing digital images and providing data to cardiologists for interpretation.
• Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff and the environment.
