Job summary

BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX is seeking a variable-shift, PRN Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our radiology team. The role involves performing Nuclear Medicine studies, daily QC, and radiopharmaceutical administration in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine, possess CMRT/ARRT(N)/CNMT certifications, and complete BLS within 14 days of hire. This PRN position supports our diagnostic imaging services and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine required.
• CMRT and/or ARRT(N) and CNMT certifications must be current.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs Nuclear Medicine studies.
• Performs daily QC on Nuclear Medicine equipment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine.
• Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist/Nuclear (ARRT(N)) and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) – if both are declared, both must be current
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 1 year of experience.
