Job summary

Waymaker Resource Group seeks a Receipt Inspector to support material receipt and inspection at a commercial nuclear power plant. You will verify that incoming materials, equipment, and components meet quality, procurement, and regulatory requirements before acceptance for plant use.

The role requires 4+ years of level 2 inspection experience and working knowledge of Asset Suite, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Receipt inspections of safety-related and non-safety-related materials, equipment, and components.
• Review certifications, material test reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and shipping documentation.
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture and adherence to quality assurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform receipt inspections of safety-related and non-safety-related materials, equipment, and components.
• Verify compliance with procurement specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Review certifications, material test reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and shipping documentation.
• Must have working knowledge of Asset Suite.
• 4+ years of level 2 inspection experience.
• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies or nonconforming conditions in accordance with station procedures.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Warehouse personnel to ensure timely material acceptance.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation to support traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture and adherence to quality assurance requirements.
