What You'll Do Day-To-Day
  • Manages customer order processing: entry, inspection, change processing, calculating, packaging.
  • Maintains customer-required websites and customer-specific reporting.
  • Assists the Accounting department with invoicing issues as needed.
  • Assists the Shipping and/or Regulatory Compliance department with coordinating communication with freight forwarders or 3PLs as needed.
  • Manages customer return workflows.
  • Provides assistant to the Industrial Support team per their request.
  • Manages customer quote and other (non-order related) requests.
  • Ensures the account owner is notified of critical projects, issues, changes, etc. pertinent to customer accounts.
  • Assists the account owners with various customer requests as needed.
  • Communicates professionally and timely with internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Oversees and ensure all assigned non-conformance reports are closed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures work instructions, policies, forms, and other controlled documentation is accurate.
What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of applications such as CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and Great Plains.
  • Prior customer service experience is needed.

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $19.70-$25.70/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
