Job summary

You will drive process improvements through the fabrication cycle, ensuring design for manufacturability and cost efficiency while interfacing with customer representatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred), strong communication skills, and eligibility to obtain a DOE security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support manufacturing process plans per contract requirements.
• Implement manufacturing processes and drive improvements through the fabrication cycle.
• Ensure design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness; interface with customers as needed.
• Identify tooling/material requirements and support procurement; monitor costs and performance.
• Prepare technical procedures and documents; resolve manufacturing issues.
