You will report to the Site Senior Director, manage Lean programs, SIOP alignment, and cross-functional interfaces with customers, quality, and regulators.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering or related field, 10+ years in regulated manufacturing, and proven leadership; base salary range from $144,000 to $180,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, supply chain, or related technical or business discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing operations/regulated environments.
• 2 years of operations leadership experience; nuclear/regulated sectors preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent CI certification preferred.
• Demonstrated senior operations leadership and manufacturing execution.
• Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial skills.
• Workforce development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead all manufacturing operations to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient production execution.
• Develop manufacturing strategies aligning with SIOP, demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, performance management, and cost improvement.
• Build and sustain an operations organization with workforce planning and talent deployment.
• Interface with customers, central SIOP, supply chain, and regulators to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission regulations, quality commitments, and company standards.
• Foster nuclear safety culture and enforce procedural compliance and accountability.
